Already 288,000 trouble-free kilometers!

Just before my world trip started in 2001, my R1 was equipped with the OSCO chain lubrication system. Now – years later – it still works just as well as on day 1.

It doesn’t happen often that I stand behind a product, but with the OSCO that is 100% the case! On my Fireblade – 291,977 km – I had a chain lubrication system for a while that made a mess of things, which sometimes made the rear tire dangerously slippery when I wasn’t taking turns. An OSCO doesn’t have those problems, is also super economical and made it possible for me to ride an average of 38,855 kilometers with a chain set during the R1 world trip.

Sandstorms, frost, snow, rain, sun and almost always overnighting in all weather conditions. The lubrication system has never been renewed other than the hose, after it had hardened in the sun, and the grease nipple, because I had let it touch the chain through my own fault.
